WhatsApp CRM with Scheduling & Workflows
I'm looking to create a WhatsApp CRM that incorporates a variety of features to improve our customer relations and team management.
Key Features:
- Scheduling Surveys: The system should support date availability checks, scheduling and booking confirmation via WhatsApp to our staff. Their responses should organise them into yes and no groups. This will help us automate repetitive tasks and sharing of information to groups of people.
- CRM Management: I am an agent to film ans supply extras for background. This requires searching for certain character features of our staff. For example brown hair, 5"4 female. of male 6'2 blonde. I then send a availability check to work on certain dates and if they agree i send their profile to the production for approval. The approved staff then get added to a whatsapp "mailing list to communicate with as a group but each person receives a private message.
- Contact List Management: I also need the CRM to have a robust Contact List management system, to help keep track of our clients and their interaction history, invoice and wages timesheets but this would be intergrated with another program i expect.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in WhatsApp API and CRM development
- Experience in creating survey systems that can be integrated into a CRM
- Strong understanding of workflow management systems and its implementation
- Familiarity with team task and assignment management tools
This project requires a solid grasp of CRM development, and a proven track record of creating similar systems will be highly advantageous. Experience in the field of customer relations and team management is a big plus.
